DIRECTIONS
- Set tuna out on cutting board and let it come to room temperature
- Place pan on stove on medium-high heat
- Add two tablespoons of sesame oil in hot pan
- When the oil begins to smoke carefully place the tuna in the pan
- Let the tuna steak cook for two minutes, flip and cooking for two more minutes (please note that cook time is dependent on the thickness of the fish - you don't want to cook the center of the fish, just the exterior)
- Remove the tuna from heat, let it rest, and slice into strips against the grain
