DIRECTIONS
- Cut the onion in half through the root and peel.
- Lay one half of the onion with flat side down and slice horizontally through the center of the onion. Avoid cutting through the peel.
- Now make a handful of vertical slices back towards the peel - again making sure not to slice through the peel.
- Finally slice across the vertical cuts to complete the dice.
- Discard the peel and use that onion!
