Flatbread

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the flour, baking powder, salt, oil and water into a large bowl and and-mix until the dough is soft.

  2. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 15 minutes. 

  3. Preheat an Abbio Large Nonstick Skillet over medium heat. 

  4. Divide the dough into about 6 equal sized balls.

  5. One at a time, place the dough balls on a well floured counter and carefully stretch and pull into 1/4 inch thick rounds. 

  6. Place the first flatbread on the hot skillet, and let cook for about two minutes, or until the bottom of the bread is cooked. 

  7. Flip the bread and cook on the other side for another 2 minutes or so. 
  8. Repeat with the remainder of the dough, and enjoy!
