Ethan Leung's Garlic Fried Rice

TOOLS YOU NEED

  • Abbio Large Nonstick Skillet
  • Silicon spatula 
  • Knife 
  • Cutting board 

    PREP

    • Mince garlic and set aside 
    • Cook 1 cup of jasmine rice

    RECIPE DIRECTIONS

    1. Heat the garlic oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
    2. Add the minced garlic and stir.
    3. Be very aware, as the garlic can easily burn.
    4. Once the garlic is a light brown, add the cooked rice and stir.
    5. At this point, you can leave the pan alone and let the rice crisp up briefly before stirring again.
    6. Season the rice with salt and serve.
