Berry Compote

TOOLS YOU NEED

  • Abbio Sauce Pan
  • Measuring cups 
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Stirring spoon

    RECIPE DIRECTIONS

    1. Place Abbio Sauce Pa over medium heat and melt butter.
    2. Add sugar and lemon juice until well mixed and the sugar has dissolved.
    3. Add berries, and slowly mix them.
    4. Cook compote until the berries begin to break down and the sauce thickens, about 4-5 minutes.
    5. Serve hot, or let the compote cool and thicken and top over ice cream, or your favorite backed good.
