TOOLS YOU NEED

  • Abbio Stock Pot
  • Peeler
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting board  
  • Masher
  • Measuring cups
  • Strainer

    PREP

    • Peel and cube all potatoes 

    RECIPE DIRECTIONS

    1. Place potatoes in the Abbio Stock pot and cover with water.
    2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat; cover and simmer for about 20 minutes minutes or until you can easily pierce the potatoes with a fork.
    3. Drain the potatoes and put back into the Stock Pot.
    4. In the Stock Pot mix the potatoes with the milk, butter.
    5. Mash until well combined.
    6. Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
